The Role:
Joining this team as an Insurance Advisor ensuring accuracy and professionalism in handling client and insurer interactions from new business to claims and renewals.
Youll ensure compliance with FCA regulations promote exceptional customer care and maintain strong client relationships while providing expert product advice. Secure renewal business and promote inhouse premium finance solutions for optimal client coverage.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in working as an Account Handler
- Working knowledge of most Commercial Insurance products
- Ideally previous experience of Acturis
- Strong organisationskills
- Exemplary customer service experience
