Job Description:
This role will report to the Senior Finance Manager of EVMS Compliance and will be a member of the team responsible for supporting programs with EVMS requirements to include providing support and mentorship on the implementation of EVM practices and established programs processes.
Essential Functions
- Manage the system administration tasks of the divisions EVMS Toolset EAC workflows and the associated SAP interfaces
- Coordinate with IT on bug fixes and system enhancements
- Responsible for issuing and managing the closure of help tickets with the software vendors
- Work with analysts and system SuperUsers to solve programmatic system issues
- Ensure the EVMS Toolset is operating efficiently to meet program reporting deadlines
- Provide training on system processes and features
- Develop and provide solutions for system issues
- Responsible for the EVMS Toolset IT SOX Compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Masters degree preferred.
- Aerospace and Defense Industry experience a must.
- Excellent analytical skills and an ability to communicate information to customers as well as the program management team and senior management
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) a must.
- System administration experience a must.
- Selfmotivated with a strong knowledge of EVMS Deltek Tools and SAP
