We are looking for a reliable and customerfocused individual to join our Mattress Rentals team as a Driver. This position will be crucial in fulfilling and maintaining equipment rental contracts while fostering strong relationships with hospital staff. If youre passionate about customer service have a knack for building relationships and are ready for a physically engaging role we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for:

• Communicating and building relationships with hospital staff at all levels in order to stimulate a cooperative environment with regard to implementing new processes and procedures
• Fulfilling new equipment rental contracts by delivering and setting up rental equipment within a set time frame (this is a physical aspect to the job and some lifting is required)
• Dealing with enquiries at point of delivery
• Investigations into misplaced equipment and incomplete contracts within the hospitals
• Training hospital staff at all levels on use of the online ordering system and the physical handling of the equipment
• Preparation of equipment to be delivered
• Regular communication with Mattress Rental Team including Accounts Officers
• Undertake ongoing personal development and technical training as required

Experience & Other Requirements:

• Candidates with previous customer service experience will be highly regarded
• A Valid C Class Drivers Licence
