Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled User Researcher Consultant. You will be responsible for conducting user research and providing valuable insights to improve the user experience of our clients products and services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a User Researcher or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge and experience in conducting various user research methods such as interviews surveys usability testing and user feedback analysis
- Proficient in using research tools and software such as UserZoom Optimal Workshop or similar
- Ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative research data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders
- Experience working in crossfunctional teams and collaborating with designers developers and product managers
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
- Knowledge of UX principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
