Job Description
Our clientleadingleader in life sciences and diagnostics is looking for a Sr ClinicalContracts Specialist 100 Remote).
Duration: Long termcontract (Possibility of further extension)
Pay Range : $46/hr onW2
The Sr ClinicalContracts Specialist works closely with project people and functional leadersacross Clinical Operations & Biometrics Procurement Legal Finance andSuppliers to ensure appropriate contracts are in place for COBM projects andpayments associated to contracts are issued to vendors. This is a job requiringa combination of advanced skills and experience in drafting negotiating andfinalizing contracts for COBM related services.
Responsibilities:
- Drafts reviews andnegotiates clinical trial agreements (Master Service Agreements Work Ordersand Clinical Trial Agreements) and site budgets with US and exUS institutions.
- Evaluate changes in study protocols to determine the impact on clinical trialsite budgets; develop negotiate and finalize budget amendments.
- Provide continuing support on executed agreements (e.g. drafting amendmentsextensions and terminations interpreting contractual language in response toissues or questions that arise).
- Track maintain andupdate assigned contract information within the COBM Clinical Trial ManagementSystem (CTMS) and other tracking tools to ensure completeness and accuracy asapplicable.
- Works with Supplier Relationship Manager and Legal to establish Master ServicesAgreement (MSA) for as many suppliers as possible.
- Works with Supplier Relationship Manager to incorporate Key PerformanceIndicators into contracts for applicable suppliers.
Establish Purchase Orders (PO) review related Invoices track spend againstcontracts / POs and report spend as necessary.
