Essential Functions:
- Utilize the maintenance management system implemented by client and coordinate all activities within this system.
- Maintain clients MMS updated with any applicable data and/or statuses
- Review all work requests submitted to his area assigned group and filter all tasks when applicable to each subgroup to initiate their prioritization and task scheduling.
- Planner/Scheduler once a valid work request is submitted will prioritize plan schedule and followup on accuracy of the job plan for all planned (PM Pdm and corrective) works.
- Be proactive and optimize workforce productivity and minimize plant downtime by managing work 2 weeks to 1 month in advance.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate figures such as required amounts of labor
- Develop Metrics for: Facilities Area Site Services Department (Dashboard) Weekly Facilities Metrics.
- Contact suppliers to verify shipment details.
- Revise production schedules when required due to design changes labor shortages backlogs or other interruptions collaborating with management marketing sales production and engineering.
- Strictly follow companys safety and cGMP policies and procedures
- . Any other duties as required by Site Lead (or direct supervisor) to support normal client site operations.
Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:
- Associate Degree Engineering Technician
- Technical College diploma with 5 years of experience required or any equivalent combination of education training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge skills and abilities for this job
Physical Requirements and Working Environment:
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger handle feel or operate equipments tools or controls. The employee frequently is required to stand walk talk or hear; sit; climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl; and smell. The employee may lift and/or move up to 2535 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- He / she may frequently work inside weather conditions near moving mechanical parts exposed to wet and or humid conditions and an odorous atmosphere may be exposed to fumes and the risk of electrical shock and occasionally work on ladders in high places in small spaces such as lift/metering stations manholes tanks and wet wells. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud.
