Early Years Head Teacher
3month interim contract to start September 2024

South England
400450 per day

Inside IR35 (via umbrella)

On Site

CVs are being reviewed immediately and interviews will be taking place week commencing 10^th June

Reporting into the Board of Governors and Senior School Improvement Advisor you will be responsible for a team of 7 staff. You will be responsible for implementing the strategy for growth of provision and maintaining the highest standard of education. You will have a proven track record in successful leadership and efficient Budget handling. You will have worked at Deputy Head or Headteacher level.

Your Role as Early Years Headteacher:

• To lead and motivate the staff to create positive and inclusive environment where every childs needs are met
• Make sure Curriculum is up to date and engaging for every child
• Create and implement strategy for growth of provision
• Acting SENCO responsibility
• Meeting National Standards for Headteachers
• Creative and Innovative approach to modernising the services

Your previous experience as Early Years Headteacher

• Experience at a senior managerial level as Headteacher or Deputy Head Teacher
• Demonstrating ability to promote changes with positive attitude
• In depth knowledge of Early Years
• Experience with EY budgets
• Proven track record of improving and innovating services
