Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
- Conduct research into BILLs use of Salesforce to provide recommendations solutions and a roadmap for longterm improvements.
- Provide Sales Cloud technical expertise on implementations and production issues.
- Identify gaps between business needs and standard CRM application functionality.
- Support crosssystems and related integrations involving Salesforce and other integrated systems (ex. Mulesoft).
- Apply SFDC best practices and guidelines to enhance system productivity scaling and monitoring.
- Participate in all the Agile ceremonies for the successful completion of the sprint.
Wed love to chat if you have:
- Experience: At least 6 years experience in a leading role in delivering projects on the Salesforce platform.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce Flow Apex Triggers Visualforce Lightning Components Web Services and Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData). Familiarity with development tools like Sublime Git MavensMate or Visual Studio Code.
- Salesforce Expertise: Indepth technical knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities functionalities and limitations particularly governor limits and best practices.
- Personal Attributes: Detailoriented organized selfmotivated and a dedicated team player with outstanding interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate business requirements and interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Project Experience: Proven track record analyzing designing configuring and supporting large scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
- Agile Environment: Previous experience working in a SCRUM environment or knowledge of general practices.
The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical dental vision life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan flexible spending & health savings account paid holidays paid time off and other company benefits.
San Jose pay range
$158300 $190000 USD
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper UT. Additionally this role is eligible to participate in BILLs bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. Draper UT pay range
$134600 $161500 USD
