Day-to-Day as a Salesforce Developer

• Design develop test and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Components Flows and Salesforce APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce configurations integrations and automations.
• Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems (e.g. custodians CRM add-ons financial planning tools).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Ensure best practices for data quality security and user access are implemented and enforced.
• Support end-user training and documentation efforts in collaboration with operations and training teams.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate/apply new features as appropriate.

What You Bring as a Salesforce Developer:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• 3years proven experience in aSalesforce Developer role ideally within wealth management
• Must have finance industry experience (RIA banking insurance wirehouse fund management)
• Musthave Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience
• Go-getter/trouble shooter/ability to multitask/curious/dynamic
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices governor limits and platform capabilities.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Platform Developer II preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail multi-tasking and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Outstanding ability to communicate and work collaboratively

Job Type: Full-time salaried exempt

Location: This position is located at one of our offices in Santa Barbara Scottsdale Lisle or San Diego. This is a Hybrid role (3 days in the office with the option to work from home 2 days).

Salary: $100000 plus annual bonus paid in quarterly increments
