Join our team as a Construction Intern and gain handson experience in construction.This 68week program provides an opportunity to work on projects collaborate with experienced professionals and learn key aspects of construction operations including submittals Requests for Information (RFIs) subcontractor management field coordination and much more.
As part of the internship you will complete a capstone project where youll identify a key challenge or improvement area from your work experience propose a solution and present your findings to leadership. This project will allow you to showcase your analytical problemsolving and communication skills providing a tangible achievement to add to your professional portfolio.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in construction management engineering or business concentrations.
- Strong interest in construction and general contracting industry.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and work effectively in a team setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook); experience with AutoCAD or project management software is a plus.
- Availability to work fulltime for the duration of the internship.
