Job Description

GCyber is seeking a Network Administrator Shift Lead 1st shift to support a high profile DISA customer in their mission to improve collaboration and information sharing between defense and intelligence organizations. As the Network Administrator Shift Lead you will oversee administration monitoring sustainment incident and problem management activities.

As the Network Administrator Shift Lead you will:
  • Oversee contractor support staff for the Network Operations Center (NOC).
  • Coordinate workload assignments based on priorities and staff skillsets while ensuring crossfunctional collaboration with senior NOC management.
  • Provide situational awareness to the government customer on networkimpacting issues and communicate highvisibility incidents or outages toleadership.
  • Enhance efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and recommending procedural changes to achieve integrated effective outcomes.
  • Mitigate risks and ensure contract compliance by supervising technical efforts managing performance and providing direct technical support to the government customer.
  • Assist in providing direct technical support to our government customer

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain CI Poly.
  • BS in Computer Science or IT and 8 years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • IAT Level II Certification (i.e. Security CySA CCNA Security GICSP GSEC SSCP)
  • Experience leading teams in a high optemp top secret environment
  • Prior experience with DISA and DISAs support to mission partners preferred.
