Job Description
As the Network Administrator Shift Lead you will:
- Oversee contractor support staff for the Network Operations Center (NOC).
- Coordinate workload assignments based on priorities and staff skillsets while ensuring crossfunctional collaboration with senior NOC management.
- Provide situational awareness to the government customer on networkimpacting issues and communicate highvisibility incidents or outages toleadership.
- Enhance efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and recommending procedural changes to achieve integrated effective outcomes.
- Mitigate risks and ensure contract compliance by supervising technical efforts managing performance and providing direct technical support to the government customer.
- Assist in providing direct technical support to our government customer
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain CI Poly.
- BS in Computer Science or IT and 8 years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- IAT Level II Certification (i.e. Security CySA CCNA Security GICSP GSEC SSCP)
- Experience leading teams in a high optemp top secret environment
- Prior experience with DISA and DISAs support to mission partners preferred.
