OCM Readiness Support
The Readiness Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting organizational change management efforts throughout UFs Empowering UF ERP implementation project. This role involves preparing the institution for the transition by managing readiness activities and staff coordinating with other key leads and ensuring all stakeholders are wellprepared for the change. The ideal candidate will have expertise in change management within a higher education setting and experience working with ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Support organizational readiness:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Organizational Development Information Systems or a related field.
