About the role
Digital Audit is a specialist team within our Audit practice that combines a mix of technology data business and accounting expertise to how we audit clients across all industries. There are two sides to Digital Audit which include; using our latest tools to help digitise the way we deliver audits through automation AI data analytics and innovation known as Digital Auditing. The other side is Auditing Digital which involves auditing our clients technology to give them assurance that security and controls are in place. This includes infrastructure Cloud and applications.
As part of the team youll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients industries and technologies and youll develop the business skills knowledge and relationships you need to build a career thats more than just numbers. Were constantly investing in audit technology and the skills of our people to keep up with the rapid pace of change and to deliver trust that is deeper broader and more forwardlooking.
What your days will look like:
Collaborate with business owners to convert their product requirements into technical specifications to manage sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Develop transformation pipelines for products whilst working with other products including Data Acquisition.
Lead design and development efforts to ensure optimal user experience and interface aesthetics.
Collaborate with various stakeholders including developers end users Audit Risk and Quality and senior management.
This role is for you if:
Have experience in app development including back end model designing and front end app development. Work proficiently with serverside logic on platforms such as Node.js Django Flask and Ruby on Rails.
You are familiar with application development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
Have experience in tools and technology for back end app development including (but not limited to) Azure Databricks MS SQL Server Palantir Foundry and similar technologies.
Write efficient scalable and clean code in languages such as JavaScript (particularly ES6 HTML CSS along with serverside languages like Python Ruby etc.
Curious towards product development. Can combine a business and technical mindset whilst solving problems; and lead other junior developers to upskill those whom you work with.
Have experience working in a fast paced multidisciplinary environment whilst managing expectations from various stakeholders.
