I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Texas Department of Public Safety requires the services of 1 Software Developer 3 hereafter referred to as Candidate(s) who meets the general qualifications of Software Developer 3 Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Provide application support include analysis off application functions data processing resolving data corrections to insure agency services maintain functions. Position may edit and correct existing applications and/or develop new solutions to remedy situations that may arise. Create support documentation where applicable to define new and existing software.


II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.
Years Required/ Preferred Experience 8 Required Visual Basic (VB) Development Experience 8 Required Java Development 8 Required Database and query development for Microsoft SQL Server
