Thesis work description:
Join our innovative team to support the enhancement of monitoring capabilities on our continuous direct compression line for oral medicines. Youll be involved in data collection preprocessing and developing advanced modelling approaches. This project is crucial to our mission of implementing realtime control processes that ensure higher yields and consistent tablet quality.
Key Objectives:
- Develop and implement data collection and preprocessing techniques to enhance monitoring capabilities.
- Design and verify advanced modelling approaches to optimize our production line.
- Collaborate effectively in crossfunctional teams to facilitate realtime monitoring and process control implementations.
- Identify opportunities for monitoring and control applications increasing yield and ensuring consistent quality in final product.
Structure:
- Duration: Fall term 2025
- Credits: 30
Essential Requirements:
- Enrolled in a Masters program focused on modelling and data handling (e.g. engineering data science).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Enthusiastic about tackling complex challenges in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
