Job Description
- Plan schedule assign and supervise the work ofelectrical crews engaged in the construction and maintenance of overhead and underground electrical distribution systems; provide technical assistance and training to crews and related work as assigned.
- Supervise electrical crew delegate work assignments manage daily paperwork including field tickets time sheets and Job site Safety Analyses develop subordinates skills and plan layouts.
- Responsible for the completion of discipline activities within schedule and budget requirements.
- Supervise the operational and administrative activities of oilfield electrical.
- Duties include multiple job supervision as both Superintendent and Foreman.
- Must be able to plan small to medium sized jobs from start to finish.
