YOUR MISSION

QCommerce is the second biggest category inside Glovo. We are currently building a strong team to reinvent how consumers buy their groceries and any other product in their city making it more convenient and easy than ever.
Be a key role in developing the Q Commerce Specialties Vertical in Poland. Specialties are grocery stores that focus on selling a specific category or type of grocery item. Unlike a general supermarket that stocks a wide range of food and household products a specialty store focuses on a particular niche such as organic products bakery&pastry wellness ice cream or gourmet.

THE JOURNEY

  • Seal partnerships with the best accounts reach out to Partners negotiate and sign the deal always aligned with the company goals
  • Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis
  • As owner of Glovos revenue make sure that all deals follow the required profitability
  • Develop and manage partner relationships for all the accounts in your portfolio ensure a fast and smooth onboarding
  • Own partner relationships end to end including understanding P&L tracking managing deep product integrations leading comarketing efforts to drive awareness and activation and ensure operational excellence
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product marketing and operations improvement. Be the main POC between Glovo different areas and the Partner
  • Guarantee partners content quality. Own partners assortment and pricing
  • Support Partner Business Lead in day to day operations
  • Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant handson sales experience key contacts in the industry are a plus
  • You have a mindset of a hunter who always reaches the right decision maker
  • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales targets in previous roles showcasing tangible achievements and results. Ambition to overachieve targets is a must
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand complex client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Ability to adapt selling techniques to different client personalities and organizational structures demonstrating a flexible and dynamic approach
  • You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce nice to have)
  • Get things done attitude proactive organized and obsessed with details
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • A high level of interpersonal and influencing skills an empathetic inclusive and curious attitude
  • Comfortable working in a highgrowth and highperformance startup environment
  • Polish proficiency and a very good command of English are a must
