About The Role & Team

The NAMER Field Marketing Team is responsible for developing regional marketing strategies that contribute to company revenue through driving pipeline and accelerating sales opportunities within the North America (including Canada & LATAM) market. We are looking for a datadriven individual to own the regional marketing strategy drive crossfunctional collaboration build alignment and relationships with key stakeholders and deliver exceptional excellence across programs and events to support regional priorities.

As a Field Marketing Manager you will:

  • Own the creation and of a comprehensive regional Marketing strategy for the East Region in NAMER.
  • Partner with AccountBased Marketing (ABM) to align strategies and ensure the success of accountspecific initiatives.
  • Organize thirdparty and firstparty events including online events and inperson events that drive MQLs and sales pipeline as well as bespoke events for highpriority accounts.
  • Build engaging onsite activation automated email campaigns and landing pages to achieve registration and attendance goals.
  • Leverage data and insights to understand regional nuances identify gaps/opportunities define target audiences explore new markets and report on impact.
  • Build strategic relationships with Sales Teams. Working closely with sales leaders to identify gaps and opportunities define target audiences develop content ideas explore new markets and create cohesive plans that align with regional goals.
  • Collaborate tightly crossfunctionally with teams like; SDRs Partner Sales Managers Campaigns Partner Marketing Comms/PRs and others to establish Amplitude as the leading #1 Digital Analytics Platform across the East Region in NAMER.
  • Share best practices and insights from the region with other markets across the US Canada & LATAM.

Youll be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • 5 years of field marketing experience managing and executing a regional marketing strategy including inperson and online events.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation and ABM strategies and how events contribute to broader marketing and sales goals.
  • Proven track record of having worked in a highgrowth B2B SaaS environment with a builder mindset.
  • A passion for metrics and data with a strong ability to provide insights and analyze programs and campaign performance to influence decisions.
  • Selfstarter with a desire to thrive in a fastpaced growth environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with global teams and external partners with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Marketo and Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to travel 2535 of the time for events.
