Service Scheduling Coordinator and/or BDC Representative Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming email phone text and online chat leads related to service body shop and parts
  • Responsible for making outbound calls to recent and potential service department customers
  • Assist with coordinating means of transportation via Rental Cars Shuttles or Concierge Service
  • Help contract customers in Rental Cars prep vehicles for rent and perform walk around vehicle checkins
  • Utilize CRM databases to track outbound communication with customers
  • Calling customers to check on Customer Satisfaction with their visit Safety Recalls Appointment Reminders and other types of calls
  • Educate self on latest service & product offerings including pricing and monthly specials
  • Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional wellspoken manner
  • Prepared to interact with customers via phone calls every day (similar to call center processes)
  • Direct customers to product information resources including those available on the internet
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately

Service BDC Representative Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Techsavvy and experience with a CRM or the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Time management prioritization and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high workload
  • Team player attitude
  • Willing to submit to a preemployment background check & drug screen
  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license
  • Able to multitask
  • Must be able to type very fast
  • Previous appointment scheduling and customer serviceexperience is preferred
  • Prior automotive experience is preferred
