As the worlds largest food wastefighting app we connect stores that have unsold surplus food with consumers who buy and enjoy it. But were more than an app: we are a certified B Corporation and our mission is to inspire and empower everyone to take action against food waste so were doing all we can to create educational tools make our knowledge as accessible as possible find new business solutions and even change legislation to reduce food waste.

Were growing fast with our community of 111 million users in 19 countries saving more than 410 million meals from going to waste this is incredible but there is so much more we want to achieve!

That means were looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our growing team. That is where you come in: were looking for a Key Account Operation Specialist to join our team with offices available in Madrid and Barcelona.

Your mission:

The Spanish Key account team holds responsibility for acquiring and managing the most important Retail brands in the country. New market trends lead to new special development projects like Donations.
As a KA operation specialist you will support the team in the Donation project by contacting Social Charities training stores and executing special actions that will ensure the success of the project.
You will also be part of the operations team helping Key Account Managers to improve store performance via calling or emailing. You can expect to work directly with these stores building relationships with store managers and their staff helping them to maximise the partnership with Too Good To Go and rescue as much food from going to waste as possible.

You will be playing a significant role in our growth and evolution in providing better than ever support and service to our food wastefighting partners.

Your Role:

Reporting to the team lead you will be working on building our Chartiy Network and giving support to a portfolio of our most prominent brands within the grocery business segment. Beyond these tasks responsibilities will include supporting our upselling strategies quarterly business reviews and market research.
This is an entrylevel role and you will work in a handson frontline capacity ensuring our special project and key partner stores have everything they need to succeed.

  • Building our charity networking by contacting existing and new leads
  • Building strong relationships with charity stakeholders providing trainings and support.
  • Supervise and coordinate donation operations with Key Account Managers and their partners
  • Support stores to use Too Good To Go and our systems providing training to new managers and staff
  • Ensure your stores are maximising their supply so no food is being wasted
  • Identify feedback trends from conversations with stores and escalate to the Key Account Managers
  • Ensure stores have a good experiences with our customers and take action to improve store quality
  • Administrative tasks including mass updates for public holidays and ensuring store information is up to date and accurate
  • Store Operational Specialists work in squads as #oneteam and come together to achieve large projects such as the roll out of new key accounts and onboarding & training new stores.

  • Salary range: 24K26K
