Position Summary: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing capabilitiesbased assessments verifying and validating current USSTRATCOM strategic weapon system planning programs and emerging commercial systems. The role involves using a triggerdriven environment for modeling and simulation conducting focused technology studies and performing engineering analyses to improve system performance survivability and cybersecurity.

• Testing Experience:
  • Data validation testing
  • Functional testing
  • Usability testing
  • Accessibility 508 testing
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Develop and maintain project testing infrastructure
• Detailed Writing: Write detailed test scripts test reports and analyses for the product
• Full Lifecycle Participation: Participate in the endtoend software development lifecycle
• Team collaboration: Meet with product design team and development team to determine testing parameters

• Travel Requirements: Minimal 020
• Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:

Required:

• Clearance: Active Top Secret security clearance
• Education: Bachelors degree in an IT field OR BS degree in a nonIT field and 2 years related IT experience or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• Test Engineering Experience: Extensive experience in test engineering particularly in the defense sector
• Test Case Experience: Experience developing Test Cases and conducted Verification and Validation testing for Use Cases and Bugs
• Business Logic Development: Past performance developing refining and documenting Business Logic for use/test cases for personas
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Systems and architecture: Experience with NC3 systems and architectures
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices in a DevSecOps Pipeline
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Leaderships: Exceptional leadership skills
• Team collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Project Management Tool: Experience using Jira
• Software Experience: Experience with Cameo

  • CAST (Certified Associate in Software Testing)
  • International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)
• Communications: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly
