Do you want to be part of an innovative fastmoving commercial valuation team where you can make a real difference Due to our continued growth we are seeking experienced Commercial Certified Practising Valuers to join our team in Melbourne.
The opportunity
NAB Valuations is NABs own valuation firm accountable for delivering an endtoend valuations solution with a particular focus in making it simple for our people and customers. The role of Desktop Commercial Valuer is exciting and challenging with the ability to apply your valuation expertise across all asset types for mortgage security purposes. You will work closely with senior management and surveyors to understand the key drivers of value and market conditions of each project applying this knowledge to produce suitable valuation reports for clients while always maintaining a high level of service delivery.
What will my day look like
- Your role will give you the opportunity to sink your teeth into some exciting valuations projects by:
- Working as part of a resultsdriven team producing highquality commercial valuations
- Selfmanage your day to provide professional valuations in a timely manner whilst adhering to industry standards.
- Leverage your expertise property knowledge by presenting and providing insights to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with a national team on propertyrelated projects.
- Provide excellence for customers and communicate effectively with clients & colleagues.

What will you bring
To be successful in this role youll have:
- Certified Practicing Valuer accreditation and valuation experience in the current market
- A passion for property and actively shares local property knowledge
- Strong written verbal and virtual communication skills
- Demonstrated positivity and ability to work in a team dynamic
- Capability and mindset to use a market leading valuation platform with continued innovation progressing every day
- Demonstrated desire for ongoing improvement
- Strong attention to detail report writing and analytical skills.
- Excellent deadline and time management skills.
- Previous experience in commercial valuations with knowledge of methodologies drivers and report writing.
- The ability to work as part of a dynamic selfmotivated team.
