Job Description
- Drive engagement with UWAs prominent and global alumni communities to provide meaningful and mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Incremental progression based on 12 months continuous service.
- Fulltime appointment on an ongoing basis.
- Base salary range: $112114 $122544 p.a. (prorata) plus 17 superannuation.
About the area
Development and Alumni Relations DAR oversees the Universitys alumni philanthropic and community strategies. The function works collaboratively across the University to embed philanthropic and engagement activity into the Universitys operations. The core responsibility of the team is to lead and build on the Universitys alumni donor and community relationships to advance the Universitys goals.
About the opportunity
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to cultivate lifelong relationships with our global alumni community.
- Develop implement and oversee the universitys prominent alumni engagement strategy ensuring alignment with UWAs strategic goals.
- Identify cultivate and manage relationships with highimpact alumni to facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes including advocacy mentoring volunteering and financial partnership or investment.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Extensive knowledge and relevant experience implementing and managing alumni engagement programs at an appropriate level.
- Proven project management skills with analytical and creative contributions to projects.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence negotiate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams with sound judgment and strategic decisionmaking capabilities.
