Oracle Sales and Partner Academy (OSPA) is reinventing sales enablement: building a team with a customerfirst mentality and leveraging data to demonstrate measurable value to our learners and stakeholders. OSPA is a goaldriven organization that continues to reduce complexity and improve productivity in support of our customers.

OSPAs facilitation team is responsible for delivering training that is focused on Oracle sales methodology sales skills Oracle sales tools and products/solutions to Oracle sales sales management and sales engineering audiences. In this role the individual will be responsible for inperson and virtual facilitation and will act as a sales subject matter expert. The primary facilitation focus will be onboarding sales skills and/or sales methodologies.

As someone who loves to command a room of sales professionals and share knowledge via virtual or inperson classroom instruction forlive audiencesthis role offers the opportunity to have a positive impact on developing our sales professionals.

Performance Driven

  • You will be expected to pass training audits before facilitating in front of a live audience maintain high learner satisfaction scores and contribute to the overall success of OSPA.

Superior Onboarding Training

  • OSPA facilitators are enrolled in a consistent and complete onboarding experience that equips them with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver the assigned courses with confidence and competence within the first 90 days on the job.


Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in applying/coaching/facilitating sales sales skills sales methodology and IT solutions to drive comprehension and adoption
  • 7 years in technology/application sales and sales management experience and/or 10 years in sales facilitation experience
  • Able to manage multiple demands competing priorities and meet established deadlines
  • Team player and hyperfocused on customer centricity
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Demonstrates ability to facilitate content with credibility and confidence
  • Exhibits strong facilitation skills that engage learners encourage participation and inspire adult learning
  • Experience in analyzing data to improve productivity and processes
  • Able to learn new and complex business requirements quickly and effectively
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Able to commute to Nashville TN

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience with using or selling Oracle Solutions
  • Understands Oracles selling environment different Line of Business nuances and sales process and methodology
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
  • Exhibits an innovative and growth mindset while working within a highly collaborative and cross functional environment
  • Expert in using Zoom
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook Word PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel in 2022 travel could be 515
