Job Summary
The Reporting Analyst under general supervision ensures accuracy of budgetary reports and assists in managing databases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares examines and analyzes reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of dataentry reporting etc.
Assists in providing automated quarterly monthly and annual reconciliations for specialized projects.
Assists in managing and analyzing related databases and dashboards to ensure accuracy and completeness of dataentry reporting etc.
Develops and produces a variety of researchrelated internal reports on a quarterly monthly and annual basis.
Prepares reports and analyses as needed from related databases.

Minimum Requirements
Education Bachelors degree in applicable field.
Experience Two years of statistical or datarelated experience.
Knowledge and Abilities
Knowledge of:
Word processing spreadsheet and database applications.
Cost accounting systems.
Research and Grant Management Systems and Business Intelligence software.
Ability to:
Multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Excellent written communication analytical interpersonal and organizational skills.
Read and understand financial analyses forecasts and reports.
Licensing / Professional Certification None.
