Are you ready to be part of something big At Schwarz we are gearing up for an exciting new project in Central Queensland and are seeking expressions of interest for an experienced and talented Senior Commerical / Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team. Youll work alongside leading engineers construction specialists and environmentalists contributing to cuttingedge projects in renewable energy civil construction and infrastructure.

What Youll Do
In this pivotal role you will:
- Lead contract administration from drafting to compliance ensuring maximized commercial outcomes.
- Manage financial forecasting cost control and reporting to support project success.Collaborate with project managers and site teams contributing to the seamless delivery of largescale infrastructure projects.
- Drive commercial negotiations manage risks and support contract entitlements.
- Be a key player in a project that brings lasting impact and value to the community.
What Were Looking For
- A Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Law or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in a Contract Administrator role on major civil or infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in commercial claims management drafting contract notices and preparing payment claims per BIFA/SOPA legislation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- A proactive and selfmotivated attitude ready to make a significant impact on project success
