Where Youll Be Based:
Primarily based in our Madrid head office with occasional travel to Watford the French Buying Office and other European markets.
What Youll Do:
As an Employee Relations Manager youll:
Be a trusted partner to senior leaders providing expert ER advice and strategy.
Support the French Buying Office alongside Spanish operations.
Develop and maintain policies ensuring compliance with Spanish legislation.
Lead key ER projects and support strategic change initiatives.
Drive engagement and wellbeing strategies to enhance Associate satisfaction.
Deliver training and share employment law updates with HR teams.
What Youll Bring:
Youll thrive in a fastpaced peoplefocused environment and bring:
Strong expertise in Spanish employee relations and employment law.
Fluency in English and Spanish; French is highly desirable.
A collaborative mindset with excellent relationshipbuilding skills.
Experience working in a fastpaced multisite environment ideally in retail.
A proactive organized approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
