Budgie helps employers ensure their employees are getting the most out of their benefits. As a Consumer Engagement Manager you will own and execute strategies to ensure employees of our employer clients understand engage with and benefit from the Budgie platform. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing campaigns conducting user research and leveraging analytics to optimize engagement. Working crossfunctionally with product marketing and client success teams you will drive adoption and deliver measurable impact for both employees and employers.
What Youll Do
Engagement Strategy &
Develop and own the endtoend consumer engagement strategy ensuring clients employees understand and use Budgie effectively
Collaborate closely with product and engineering on designing what our own internal engagement tools will look like.
Design and execute campaigns that drive awareness and platform usage particularly during open enrollment and key benefit milestones
Content Development
Write effective content from email subject lines to text messages to detailed overviews that help users understand and act on Budgies recommendations
Personalize content to ensure it speaks to recipients
Further develop Budgies voice of empathy and professionalism
DataDriven Optimization
Analyze engagement metrics and user behavior to identify trends pain points and opportunities for improvement to the product and how to best partner with our clients
A/B test messaging workflows and engagement tactics to optimize outcomes
User Research & Insights
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand employee needs preferences and barriers to engagement
Gather and synthesize employee feedback to inform product development and marketing efforts
Partner with the product team to translate user insights into new features and enhancements
Collaboration & Communication
Work with employer clients to develop tailored engagement strategies that align with their company culture and employee needs
Serve as the internal voice of the employee advocating for their needs across teams
Required Qualifications: MustHaves
3 years in consumer engagement product marketing or a related role. Experience in a B2B2C environment or working with diverse employee populations is a plus.
Startup experience or similar background building in a 0 to 1 environment.
Excellent written visual and verbal communicator.
Strong customerorientation.
Thrives in ambiguity can roll with the punches that come with an extremely diversified client and user base learn quickly and drive results in the process.
Comfortable with marketing and content tools including end communication systems (Mailchimp Twilio Sendgrid Intercom Customer content management systems and marketing and product analytics tools.
Nice to have: Familiarity with employee benefits open enrollment processes and healthcarerelated products.

Total Rewards Package:
Cash compensation range: $per year as determined by location experience and other jobrelated factors.
