Easterseals PORT Health a nonprofit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia is seeking a compassionate caring and dedicated fulltime Qualified Professional to lead a team of caregivers (internally called DSPs) supporting individuals living with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.
What Youll Do
As a Qualified Professional (QP) on the Individual Community Support (ICS) team you will provide supervision and oversight of services to individuals who have intellectual development disabilities (IDD). You will participate in the provision and development of structured care plans to individuals. Hiring training and development supervision and monitoring compliance over staff and individuals served are essential components of this role. The QP ensures quality services that support individuals health safety and welfare while collaborating with families and external entities. The Qualified Professional is accountable for adhering to policies managing attendance and completing required training.
