Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Consultant to join our Financial Solutions Area. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Financial Services Industry coupled with IT consultancy expertise. You will collaborate with clients to solve complex business challenges drive digital transformation and deliver innovative IT solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Collaborate with financial services clients to assess their business needs and recommend strategic solutions.
- Conduct workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to identify improvement areas and ITenabled opportunities.
- Advise on industry best practices and emerging trends in leasing credit finance and capital markets.
Solution Delivery &
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps fordigital transformation and technology adoption;
- Translate business requirements into technology initiatives ensuring alignment with client goals.
Project Management
- Manage endtoend project lifecycles ensuring timely delivery cost efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and thirdparty vendors to meet project milestones.
- Establish project governance and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.
Business Development
- Support sales teams by contributing to RFP responses proposals and presales presentations.
Thought Leadership
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in financial services area.
- Develop whitepapers case studies and thought leadership material to position the company as an industry leader.
- Represent the company at industry conferences workshops and webinars.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance IT or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent masters degree is preferred.
Experience
- 5 years of consulting experience within the financial services domain ideally in an IT services environment.
- Proven track record of delivering ITenabled transformation projects in banking insurance or financial markets.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of financial services technologies (platformstoolssystems).
Soft Skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
- Teamoriented mindset with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
