THE JOB / Senior Experiential Manager Partner Marketing (Payment Services Client)

EXPERIENCES / Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.

***Our headquarters is in Stamford CT but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work 3 days week in office) in our Stamford CT office.***

The Partner Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Experiential Manager to strengthen our partnership with a major payment services client focusing on their key travel partner. In this role youll oversee and coordinate logistics for a variety of events with a primary emphasis on culinary experiences for this specific partner. Youll be responsible for daily client communication managing ongoing programs and supporting the planning of new initiatives to help achieve the clients partner marketing objectives. Your contributions will be essential in driving the success of our marketing efforts.

THE WORK YOULL DO

• Oversee all stages of event programming from conceptualization to (both inperson and virtual) and postevent followup.
• Handle client communications across multiple programs ensuring consistent and effective collaboration.
• Create and execute tailored event strategies and logistics to meet clientspecific objectives.
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously ranging from largescale custom events to smaller initiatives.
• Manage eventrelated materials including digital programs invitations and premium item orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams external partners vendors and venues.
• Ensure efficient budget management by tracking expenses and overseeing financial processes.

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR

• Strong passion for and expertise in experiential program management particularly in the culinary sector.
• 5 years of experience in event or brand marketing.
• Handson experience in event management with a proven track record of leading or owning projects.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Experience managing budgets and reconciling expenses effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive cando attitude with a drive to succeed.
• Proficiency in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically including weekends or holidays when needed (anticipated travel: moderate 2045.
