What youll be doing
Reporting directly to the Head of Data Solutions youll:
Design develop and optimise business intelligence solutions to enable datadriven decisionmaking.
Build and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
Write and optimise SQL queries to extract transform and aggregate data from Amazon Redshift Lakeshore Marts (LSMs).
Improve dashboard performance by optimising queries extracts and calculations for a better user experience.
Collaborate with users to gather requirements translate them into technical specifications and ensure BI solutions meet business needs.
Support selfservice BI initiatives by guiding users in accessing and interpreting data.
Ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability while maintaining best practices for documentation and data lineage.
Work within an Agile/Kanban environment collaborating with data engineers analysts and other business stakeholders to deliver impactful BI solutions.
What were looking for
Strong SQL skills for querying transforming and optimising data within Amazon Redshift and Lakeshore Marts (or similar SQLbased data warehouses).
Expertise in Tableau (Desktop & Server/Online) for building reports dashboards and ensuring best practices in data visualisation.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and actionable BI solutions that drive decisionmaking.
Experience empowering business users with selfservice BI tools ensuring accessibility and usability of data.
