Infrastructure Engineer
Salary: 35k
Location: Barnsley (Hybrid working)
Personal Profile
Working alongside the delivery team youll assisting with the delivery of our customer network server and cloud projects.
- Switch Configuration
- Firewall policy creation
- Active Directory Administration and Management
- Microsoft 365 Administration and Management
- VMware & HyperV Management
Service Desk
Act as 2/3rd Line escalation point for Service Desk incident tickets. Investigation and resolution of allocated Incident Tickets with agreed client Incident Categorisations within associated Service Level Agreements.
