Job Description
The Knowledge Manager manages Knowledge Management including monitoring and measuring the application of KM using metrics linked to project goals and objectives to make sure that project teams are delivering on their accountabilities and applying the DEE and knowledge bases in accordance with instructions to identify the need for improvements to the DEE or knowledge bases and to ensure continual improvement to manage strategic knowledge.The Knowledge Manager collaborates with various departments to develop and enhance Knowledge Management processes. They have strong communication and leadership and remain up to date with industry trends and best practices in Knowledge Management.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI CI Poly
- Bachelors degree in a Knowledge Management Management Information Systems (MIS) Library and Information Science or related Business Education or IT disciplines.
- 5 years of experience in developing policies procedures and governances for Document Management Control Records Management Knowledge Management Online LibraryManagement or related experience.
- Strong communication and leadership and remain up to date with industry trends and best practices in Knowledge Management.
- This position is 100 onsite
