Job Description
This position is located in Providence Utah.
Pay: $10 per hour plus commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively sell Stratas fiber internet services to residential customers in Providence Utah.
- Sign up new customers onsite ensuring they understand the benefits of fiber internet and the various packages available.
- Track sales efforts and maintain a record of customer interactions to ensure accurate commissionbased payouts.
- Understand and articulate Stratas value proposition including our role in the Providence Fiber Network and the benefits of fiber internet over traditional broadband options.
- Be knowledgeable about Stratas internet packages pricing and ongoing promotions in the Providence Utah market.
- Clearly explain the installation process including potential variations depending on location.
- Guide customers through the signup and billing process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market dynamics keeping uptodate on local competitors and their offerings.
What You Bring to the Team
To be successful youll need:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- A proactive goaloriented mindset with a desire to earn commissionbased compensation.
- A basic understanding of fiber internet technology and how it differs from traditional broadband offerings.
- Knowledge of the local Providence Utah market and competitive internet service providers.
- Reliable selfdriven and comfortable with working independently.
- Experience in sales or customerfacing roles preferred but not required.
