Job Description
The shipping position is the final stop before an order ships from our facility but represents the first impression for the hearing professional or the enduser of the order.
Essential Functions (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Ship to company standards and goals
- Pack out all level 1 and level 2 orders per work instructions
- Ability to read and understand a Pick Ticket & Shipping Documents
- Manages the shipment of all products materials and supplies
- Confirm accuracy of orders
- Ship product through multiple carriers (international ground express USPS etc. as required
- Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Accomplish other duties as required

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to adapt to/work in a dynamic workplace environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
Required:
- Education:
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Read Write and Speaks English
Preferred:
- Basic computer experience
- Able to use hands for long periods of time
- Previous shipping experience

Working Environment:
Our facility is in Bloomington MN. The position will be working in the Operations area.
Physical Demands:
Able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
Able to up lift 25 pounds by self and up to 50 pounds with a team lift. (i.e. Sitting standing lifting bending reaching etc.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a fulltime position working Monday Friday. The daily hours are 810 hours per day.
Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays

Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending on your work location the target hourly rate for this position can range from $18.00 to $19.50 an hour. In addition you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location role skill set and level of experience.
