The Car Rental Agent is responsible for optimizing the rental experience bydrafting rental agreements and providing exceptional customer service. As a Car Rental Agent you are entrusted with educating our customers on their buying options and serving them with the highest level of respect professionalism and friendliness. You will be expected to become the expert on our fleet and ancillary products and enhance the customers experience by providing expert recommendations. We strive to meet our customers needs and exceed their expectations on every opportunity.

Responsible for:

  • Greet customers professionally and prepare the rental agreement.
  • Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges and prepare the rental agreement.
  • Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Vehicle inspections for damages and cleanliness servicing vehicles for customer rentals and providing shuttle service to and from airport.
  • Maintain and update rental agreement files
  • Cashiering Duties for Parts and service Department.
  • preparing documents for scanning in DMS
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the office area
  • Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required for business needs

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Friendly and have good communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 year customer service or sales experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Must have basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 Ibs.
  • Must have a valid Arizona drivers license with a clean driving record.
