Soccer Shots Pittsburgh is hiring a fulltime Youth Soccer Coach to work in the Greater Pittsburgh area particularly the Pittsburgh West region. Given that the position is fulltime and drive time is compensated there will also be occasional instances in which you will be scheduled to work in other areas including the Pittsburgh City North and South regions.

Responsibilities:
- Coach upwards of 3035 sessions per week. Session range in length from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Fulltime coaches must have the ability and willingness coach several sessions in a day multiple days per week. Coaching locations will vary; local driving is required.

- Curriculum review
- Community outreach / public relations
- Marketing partake in seasonal marketing efforts including distribution of marketing flyers and yard signs.
- Communication respond to communications within 24 hours of sending
Preferred Experience and Education
- Bachelors Degree
- Knowledge of early childhood education / physical education / recreation / athletics and development best practices preferred
- Well organized & technologically savvy experience with Google Drive / Sheets / Docs
Work Hours / Location:
- This is a fulltime exempt position. During seasons expected working hours will vary and will include working on weekends and some weekday evenings.
- This position will be based partially out of our office in Carnegie PA and partially from home and will require routine daily travel to our session locations situated throughout the Greater Pittsburgh Area. This position will involve a mix of weekday weeknight and weekend working hours; this is not a traditional MF 95 position but requires flexibility.
**IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: Many of our staff members work remotely; as such we need a reliable person who can work alone and who is a selfmotivated selfregulated driven and goaloriented individual. Much of our communication takes place via email text messaging phone calls and online video conferencing. Given this the candidate MUST be motivated organized communicative and selfsufficient. This position is NOT suitable for those who require a significant amount of oversight or highly structured work environment.

- Starting salary range of $28000 to $34000 per year negotiable based on experience and qualifications
- Additional monthly stipend for gas.
- Opportunity to participate in matching 401(k)
