Join Our Team: Blended Case Manager (BCM)

Starting Pay and Compensation:
- Base hourly rate: Up to $25 adjustable based on experience and qualifications. Credit given for previous experience.
- For hours over 25 weekly: Rate increases to an average of up to $28/hour.
- For hours beyond 33 weekly: Elevates to an average of up to $38/hour.
- Annual starting earnings potential including base pay and additional incentives starting pay ranges from $45000 to $55000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation reflecting our commitment to rewarding our teams hard work and dedication.

Requirements: We welcome all candidates who align with the following criteria:
- Bachelors degree with major course work in sociology social welfare psychology gerontology anthropology other related social sciences criminal justice theology nursing counseling or education; or
- Registered nurse; or
- High school diploma holders and 12 semester credit hours in sociology social welfare psychology gerontology or other social science and two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers
