In This Role Youll: - Lead transformation projects that improve workflows technology use and patientcentered care.
- Oversee quality reporting (UDS HEDIS PCMH) with a focus on accuracy timeliness and using data to drive care improvements.
- Translate complex data into clear insights that help leadership make datadriven decisions and help providers improve patient care.
- Optimize EMR systems streamline processes and make sure endusers actually love the changes.

The Ideal Candidate: - 35 years in healthcare operations EMR optimization or quality improvement
- Strong EMR experience (Athena Azara preferred) and skills with data tools (SQL Tableau Power BI)
- Deep understanding of UDS HEDIS PCMH and payer quality programs
- Proven success in turning data into actionable strategies that improve care and workflows

About you: - Technical Expertise Proficiency in EMR optimization data reporting tools (e.g. SQL Tableau Power BI) and system integration. Athena and Azara experience preferred.

- Strong ability to work in a fastpaced healthcare setting handling multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with budgeting financial planning and grantfunded programs preferred.
Education & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Health Informatics IT or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations project management or practice administration.
- Preferred certifications: CPHQ or other relevant healthcare quality or informatics certifications.
- Preferred: Certification in Healthcare Operations Management Lean Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP).
- Minimum 35 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferably in FQHCs public health or community health centers.
- Strong background in EMR system administration patient safety quality improvement and healthcare data analytics.
- Knowledge of HIPAA HEDIS UDS PCMH payer quality programs and regulatory compliance.
Physical and Environmental Requirements: - Requires standing walking or sitting for long periods of time. Occasional bending or stretching.
- Ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse for extended period of time.
- Ability to move around the office to access files office equipment and other workrelated material.
