Job Description

We are seeking a resultsdriven HighTicket Closer to join our dynamic sales team based in North Strathfield NSW. In this fulltime officebased role you will be responsible for closing highvalue sales and building strong lasting relationships with clients. While experience in the real estate industry is preferred it is not essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to close large deals and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be part of a highenergy sales team leveraging a consultative approach to guide prospects through the buying process and secure premium sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement & Qualification:

    • Engage with inbound leads and collaborate with the marketing team to qualify highvalue prospects.

    • Conduct detailed discovery calls to assess the clients needs challenges and goals.

  • Consultative Sales Approach:

    • Use a consultative sales methodology to offer tailored solutions that match the clients unique requirements and objectives.

    • Leverage deep product knowledge and market expertise to position our highticket products/services effectively.

  • Closing Sales:

    • Close highvalue deals (ranging from X to Y in value) by addressing client objections building trust and guiding prospects through a structured sales process.

    • Secure longterm commitments from clients ensuring smooth transitions from prospect to customer.

  • Relationship Building:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and to identify additional sales opportunities.

    • Provide excellent aftersales support checking in with clients and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

    • Keep accurate records of all client interactions sales progress and pipeline activity in the CRM system.

    • Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the Team:

    • Work closely with marketing customer success and account management teams to ensure a seamless client experience and consistent messaging.

    • Share insights on lead quality and customer pain points to optimize sales strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in highticket sales with a strong ability to close large deals.

  • Experience in a consultative selling environment where the focus is on building relationships and offering tailored solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Strong objectionhandling skills and the ability to stay calm and confident in highpressure situations.

  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • High level of motivation resilience and a desire to succeed in a commissionbased environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary Uncapped Commission: Competitive base salary with high earning potential through commission on closed deals.
