Requirements
The Opportunity
We are looking for an adept passionate and dynamic individual to join our team in London. This role will be dedicated to one of our top global clients and will be responsible for strategic planning and of paid social campaigns across platforms and objectives.
This is a clientfacing role that requires datadriven media thinking. The successful candidate will seek to develop a deep understanding of the clients needs improve performance and identify opportunities for innovation.
In addition to your key client responsibilities you will be helping build and grow the paid media offering by contributing to new business pitches. There will be the unique opportunity to work alongside all teams at We Are Social including the creative & editorial departments to help shape and develop content for paid activity across multiple social platforms.
What Youll Have Delivered Elsewhere
- Proven experience in managing and optimising fullfunnel paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok Business Managers with a strong understanding of performance levers. Track record of generating fee revenue and leading accounts with a minimum yearly spending of 1 million.
- Experience in managing and optimising campaigns across other platforms including YouTube/Google LinkedIn Pinterest Snapchat and more.
- At least one year of experience using Sprinklr for buying and reporting for paid social campaigns.
- Excellent Excel skills (e.g. formulas pivot tables) with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
What Else Are We Looking For
- Sprinklr expert and have knowledge of Meta Blueprint Google Ad Certification
- Experience establishing yourself as the goto person on the account
- Always takes full accountability for your results/deliverables
- Being solutionsdriven and be confident in vocalising them
- Will contribute new ideas and points internally which are then taken forward/adopted
