Are you ready to take your career to the next level and make a real difference in the community We are seeking a Technical Expert to join our dynamic team where you will be accountable for providing endtoend support to our Triple Zero Emergency Services and LifeThreatening Call Trace Team. What Youll Do:
As a Technical Expert you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Triple Zero and LifeThreatening Call Trace Team deliver exceptional connectivity across Australia. This is a business hours role with potential to assist after hours Your expertise will directly contribute to Telstras mission of creating a brilliant connected future for everyone.
Key responsibilities
Providing dedicated E2E operational support that includes alarm monitoring detection response and prompt action when Triple Zero issues arise.
Support the Team through project management representation in meetings and completing automation tasks.
Process improvement and implementation.
Providing a single point of Telstra internal contact for the Triple Zero Answer Points (i.e. call centres) TUSOPA contract team Regulatory Affairs and Telstra senior management for immediate investigation of Triple Zero incidents.
Organisational responsibility for the generation coordination and internal reporting of Welfare Check Call Lists.
