About our team
Alfred Infant Child and Youth Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service is friendly to infants children young people and their families/carers.
We provide accessible mental health services inclusive of family friends and support networks.
We are a specialist multidisciplinary and intensive care mental health service incorporating the lived and living experience of family peer specialists and youth peer workers.
Our service is divided into two streams 011 and 1226 years and includes specialist services in the areas of perinatal care neurodevelopmental presentations eating disorders and outreach support.

About the Role
The position is fulltime to 18th January 2026 and is based in the EIMOS (Early Intervention Mobile Outreach Service) team at Alfred ICYAMHWS in Moorabbin.
The role requires provision of outreach to children young people their families and stakeholders in a variety of outreach settings.
The position requires experience in the provision of assessment and intervention clinical family and group work as well as a commitment to high standards of client care and family support. The successful applicant will participate in service development planning implementation and evaluation activities.
The Alfred EIMOS team will work in close collaboration with the wider Alfred ICYAMHWS and Headspace Southern Melbourne to ensure coordinated transitions and integration of services across the system of care.
