Job Description
The awardwinning AAA 5Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Clubis looking for a Room Attendantto join the Housekeeping Team!
Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point adjacent to Laguna Beach this town played an iconic role in the emergence of Californias surf culture and today is celebrated for its laidback vibe and fun active lifestyle.
The resort is perched on 175 acres atop a 150foot seaside bluff with over 400 rooms 115000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space and 8 food and Beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants a beach club lounge marketplace and IRD.
- Classification: PartTime
- Shift: AM must have availability to work weekdays weekends and holidays. 2 4 shifts a week)
- Pay Range: The hourly rate is $21.50 per hour (with possibility of earning $24.50 later on by becoming a SelfInspector) and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing
As a Room Attendant you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards
- Clean guest rooms as assigned including but not limited to making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Perform guest turn down service as needed
