Job Description
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and plated according to Spot Coffees presentation standards
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and efficient service
- Follow all recipes portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a cook or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of various cooking methods ingredients and equipment
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
