Job Description

The Claims Analyst will be responsible for receiving incoming receipts reviewing the information to ensure it is accurate and then either approving declining or investigating the claim as appropriate based on a set list of parameters.
How you will make an impact
- Receive receipts through a scanned image/paperless environment;
- Review the submission(s) and determine eligibility and level of coverage;
- Process requests once approved includes data entry with high attention to detail;
- Investigate to determine eligibility and clarify details of receipt submissions;
- Organize work and information to ensure payment is processed accurately and efficiently;
What youll bring to our team
- 12 years experience in an office environment;
- Postsecondary education in a related field;
- Experience with quick and accurate data entry knowledge of claims processing would be considered an asset;
- Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite; and
- Bilingual French and English
