A bit about the job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Group Investigations team. In this role you will lead and manage investigations into alleged nonfinancial and financial misconduct ensuring highquality and efficient outcomes. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders as well as the wider Professional Standards & Business Ethics team Employment Legal People Function CISO and Group Security to provide insights on Business Ethics Code risk types and contribute to the development of a strong ethical culture within Aviva.
At Aviva we are committed to protecting our assets and reputation while driving sustainable behavioural change. Our Group Investigations team plays a crucial role in achieving this by investigating and reporting on serious breaches of our Business Ethics Code. We cover a wide range of investigations including financial misconduct and nonfinancial misconduct (NFM) such as harassment and bullying.
Skills and experience were looking for:
Extensive experience in leading investigations of whistleblower concerns nonfinancial and financial misconduct financial crime forensic accounting or audit in financial services.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and organisational skills with the ability to manage sensitive and challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
Experience in managing projects and working with multilocation multicultural teams.
Strong skills in evidence gathering interviewing and report writing.
Knowledge of investigation principles NFM financial crime and relevant legislation and related qualification is preferred.

Salary circa 75000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
