Job Description
Elders Inn is currently seeing Advanced Care Attendants (ACAs)
Pay Rate $21.50$23.50 per hour (shift based)
We are expanding our services and want to add to our team!
The primary functions of an ACAare:
- Help residents with personal hygiene dressing bathing and other daily living tasks
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers
- Take and record vital signs
- Assist residents in active and passive range of motion as defined by the plan of care
- Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining resident privacy and personal dignity
- Monitor resident activity and functional status
- Assist with apartment tidying to ensure safety and comfort
We are looking forfull time parttime and oncall employees:
- AM shift is 6:00am2:30pm
- PM shift is 2:30pm11:00pm
- Noc shift is 10:30pm7:00am
All fulltime positions work a 4on 2off rotation
Minimum qualifications are:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA level training (no license needed) OR 3 years experience in a heavy care environment
- Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals
- Ability to follow written and oral directions
- Basic computer skills (care programming is computerbased)
- Ability to lift 150 pounds
Employment requirements include:
- Current COVID19 vaccination
- Routine COVID tests
- Physical
- TB test
- Fingerprint clearance from the FBI and Dept of Justice
