Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptableProject Managerwith a strongbusiness analysisbackground to join our team in theFintech department. This unique hybrid role combines project management expertise with strong business analysis skills with a focus on strategic thinking numerical acumen and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing complex projects while also analyzing data collaborating with stakeholders and supporting key strategic processes to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives. You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager in the Fintech department.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
Project Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders todefine business requirementsand translate them into clear actionable project plans.
- Manage endtoend project lifecycles ensuring projects are executed efficiently and aligned with business goals from initiation to closing.
- Adapt to ambiguity: Lead projects where goals may be unclear or evolve over time ensuring delivery while navigating changing priorities.
- Align projects withOKRs helping to drive the organizations broader goals and KPIs.
Business Planning & Analysis
- Think strategically: Evaluate complex problems by analyzing data and propose solutions.
- Support budgetingfinancial reporting andforecasting ensuring alignment of financial targets with both project goals and broader business priorities.
- Develop polished presentationsfor senior stakeholders communicating insights project progress and actionable recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- 57 years ofproject management experience ideally inFintechSaaS or technologydriven industries.
- Solid withcollaboration toolssuch asJiraConfluenceMiro andSlack.
- Proven ability to performbusiness analysis includingdata interpretationstrategic planning and strongnumerical acumen(experience withbudgetingreporting and understanding the impact of financial decisions).
- Proficient indata analysis and visualization tools(e.g.LookerExcelPower BI.
- Strategic mindsetwith the ability to align projects with broader business goals and continuously evaluate their impact.
- Comfortable working withambiguityandunclear project goals adjusting strategies to meet evolving priorities.
- Strongorganizational skillswith the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks in a fastpaced evolving environment.
